IPA came to my rescue! I lost all my upper teeth at age 20. For the next 40+ yrs I suffered with ill fitting dentures. Because I still had lower teeth, I wore my upper jaw bone down so badly that I had to have bone taken from my hip & grafted to my upper jaw. Following that surgery I was poorly fitted with implants & an upper denture that made me look like I had no teeth and my smile looked upside down. After having my last lower teeth removed in 2012, I had great difficulty with the lower denture that was made. I still couldn't smile confidently, had occlusion problems, TMD and deep wrinkles at the corners of my mouth which sometimes caused embarrassing drooling plus skin irritation. THEN I FOUND IPA. IPA staff re-did my implant posts, hader-bar & both upper & lower dentures. Now, I can smile confidently and feel I don't have to duck my head or cover my mouth when talking to people. The wrinkles are reduced and the drooling stopped. Everyone says I look great. IPA staff have all been friendly and helpful. Although they do not accept insurance as initial payment, they do file it for me so that I can get some re-imbursment of costs and they do work with Care Credit. I can't praise them enough..
